Refund and Return Policy

Because prescription medications are custom made for each individual we cannot accept returns. Except
as stated below, we do not offer refunds.

Refunds

All prescriptions and services rendered non-refundable.

If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items when you receive them please contact us
within 48 hours. We may ask you for the following information:


• Order Number
• Tracking Number
• Photo Evidence of the Damage

We will assess every incident on a case-by-case basis. This will help us to determine if a refund or
replacement is warranted.

If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 days. We may
have to speak with the original purchaser on the telephone in order to manually process a refund. If you
were approved for a refund and have not received it, please check with the credit card company or bank
first. Often there is a delay in posting refunds back to your account. Since policies are different across
various institutions we cannot guarantee the length of time it takes to receive your refund.
